Event networking has been a fundamental aspect of b2match since our establishment, and we have been consistently refining our software to give you the best business matchmaking tool on the market.
In b2match next networking got even easier and more flexible. We value our organizers' input and take it seriously, which is why we made it a priority to deliver customizable meeting locations and points.
You can now define different meeting locations based on the event location (e.g. Room A, Area 1, Main Hall). But that’s not all! Within those meeting locations you can freely decide the number and name of your meeting points. You want to have 134 booths instead of tables as meeting points? No problem, our system will generate the needed number of booths which you can then rename individually and assign participants to each meeting point.
The true impact of meeting locations can only be realized when they are connected to their respective meeting blocks. Our latest update allows you to set the time, date, meeting duration and meeting type (on-site, remote) of meeting blocks. Each meeting block can be connected to one or more meeting locations with defined rules on which participant type can sign up for them.
As we restructured the Networking feature, we also integrated settings developed to simplify the entire setup process. In the Networking settings you are able to define the booking phase, booking rules between participants, your preferred meeting ratings, enable the AI recommender and specify the number of attendees in the meetings.
Furthermore, we have added an open virtual networking option, allowing attendees to book meetings throughout a longer time period, unrelated to meeting blocks.
With these advanced features, you can ensure a seamless networking experience for your attendees.
We all know that creating a strong participant profile is a crucial part of networking as well as expressing interests and what you are looking for, to attract relevant connections.
Having a clear and detailed profile can save time and effort in the networking process. For these reasons, we were encouraged to enrich the participant profiles with special tags for skills and interests, as well as a pitch and biography section.
The more information participants can add to their profiles the better their visibility on the event becomes.
With b2match, the days of back-and-forth emails trying to find a suitable time to meet are long gone.
After participants create their networking profiles and select their available meeting time slots, they can begin scheduling meetings and start with the matchmaking. Our networking solution will take care of assigning the meeting points and the organizers can lean back and simply overlook the meeting bookings.
Once the matchmaking starts, it is important to have a reliable and user-friendly meeting tool. This is why we have upgraded our integrated online video meeting tool as well.
After participants enter their meeting, the new floating meeting widget allows them to stay in the meeting while simultaneously navigating through other parts of the platform. This feature enables participants to easily access information and engage in other activities without leaving the meeting, thereby enhancing their overall experience and productivity.
