Efficient and Effective Event Networking

The base of the event was for attendees to network and connect. To speak with representatives from Austrian companies, research centers, universities, as well as Austrian trade commissioners.

With over a thousand participants from many different countries with varying goals, networking could have been a challenge for participants. But with the b2match event management platform, it was efficient and effective.

What makes networking with the b2match event management platform so effective is the Marketplace. Attendees register, create profiles and set up detailed rich marketplace entries. Photos, files, videos, display what the attendee is offering or looking for. That could be anything like products, services, project collaboration, etc.

Participants can then utilize smart search functions and keywords to browse other attendees marketplace entries to find their ideal business match. All they have to do is reach out over the b2match platform to propose a meeting. Before the event even begins, participants have created a personalized agenda that is filled with the opportunities they are specifically looking for.

Virtual Event Streaming to Increase Participant Interaction

It was important for Mobility Days to convey the important information of its expert guests. Such questions as, what are the current trends, in which areas is Austria a global leader in innovation, where are others leading, needed to be answered to help support business initiatives.

The event organizers wanted attendees to be able to interact in in­ternational panel discussions, lectures, company testimonials, innovation workshops and much more. With the b2match platform, live streaming sessions allowed attendees to connect and collaborate through chats with Q&As and polls.

Ease of use for the participants was also paramount for the event organizers, as was platform stability. b2match proved to be more than up to the task, even for such large participant numbers. The usability and stability of the b2match platform was invaluable.

Virtual Exhibition with Lead Retrieval

Mobility Days invited 40 Austrian exhibitors active in the fields of mobility, traffic, mobile services and technology to present their products, services, projects, patents, etc.

They knew they needed an event management platform that had a virtual exhibitor package. They wanted to offer virtual booths, hosted sessions and lead retrieval, important features to promote exhibitor success.

Exhibitors utilized the b2match virtual booth feature, which are dedicated exhibitor rooms for attendees to join impromptu and start conversations.

Conversations at a virtual booth are great, but exhibitors attend events to generate leads. That’s why the b2match platform has the lead retrieval feature, which allows exhibitors to gather virtual business cards from event participants.

Event organizers know that exhibitors can always use a promotional boost. Hosted sessions are a great way to do that. These are scheduled sessions hosted by the exhibitors where they can elaborate on their products and services to the attendees. It shows up in the event agenda, which is a great promotional opportunity.
