• Booking Phase Finished: Indicates the end of the meeting booking phase, signaling that participants can no longer schedule additional meetings.

• Next Available: Displays the next available time slot when a participant is open for meetings. Other attendees can send a meeting request directly from this widget.

• Meeting Scheduled At: After successfully requesting a meeting, the widget changes to reveal the scheduled meeting time. Participants can find the "Join Meeting" button for virtual meetings or "View Details about Meeting" for on-site meetings.

• Accept Requests: Upon receiving a meeting request, users can access the profile of the participant who sent the request and choose to accept, edit, or reject the meeting request directly from the widget.

• Send Meeting Requests, Reschedule, or Cancel: Users can send meeting requests, reschedule, or cancel meeting requests to other participants from the widget accessible on the participant’s profile.
