TERRA MADRE - Salone del Gusto 2024

About this event

The most important international event dedicated to good, clean, and fair food and to food policies. Now in its 15th edition, the Salone del Gusto emphasizes the need for a new relationship with nature through food, with the claim "We Are Nature." Welcoming visitors to the event will be 3,000 delegates from 120 countries and over 600 exhibitors from the Italian and international markets. Among them are approximately 180 Slow Food Presidia participating from Italy and abroad.
