MATCHER Human Centric Innovation 2022

About this event

MATCHER is the International Open Innovation program based in Emilia-Romagna region that aims at supporting local companies to address specific business challenges by creating strategic matches with other actors of the international innovation ecosystem, in particular start-ups and scale-ups. The third edition is involving three types of actors: 11 selected companies from the Emilia-Romagna region, national and international start-ups and scale-ups and all the actors from the Italian and international innovation ecosystem. The business challenges addressed by the third edition of the program regard the Human Centric Innovation, and they are grouped into four thematic clusters: PROCESS, PRODUCTION AND SUPPLY CHAIN, WORKPLACE DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION, WORKPLACE COMMUNITY & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, SAFETY AND SECURITY. The program is composed by three key points. Match.Point is the International matching program dedicated to the 11 selected companies based in Emilia-Romagna and to the admitted start-ups/scale-ups with the goal of addressing the companies’ challenges. Companies and start-ups/scale-ups will have about 3 months to match, connect and find opportunities to co-create solutions around shared business needs. Big.Match and Final.Match are the closing moments of MATCHER, where further matches, as well as networking with the national and international innovation community, will take place. The event will be open to innovation actors from all over the world.
