Digital networking event with virtual expert talks and matchmaking. - 20 June 2022 - Cluster Exchange (DE-CZ-PL) and Matchmaking - September 2022 - Aerospace Expert Talk (date/time tba) The aerospace sector is more than just a single industry. It is one powerful mechanism that pulls through different technologies and innovations thus binding them all together. Travel, monitoring the surroundings, maintaining national security, communication, robotics and so on - those make the increasingly important role of aerospace in the world to offer a lot of potential for strengthening the cooperation between companies and stakeholders in the field. First part of this event held during the SWD is an introductory one and serves as a warm up for future activities to come. It will be followed with an online matchmaking as well as an expert talk held in Septmber 2022. Subjects to be covered are as follows: sustainable aviation, climate-efficient energy sources and propulsion, bio and sustainable aviation fuels, electric flying, hydrogen/fuel cells, sustainable design, efficient lightweight construction, additive manufacturing processes, bio-based and smart materials, life-cycle assessments, networking and digitisation in aviation, digitisation during testing and certification, sensors & telemetry (testing, calculating, measuring), digital twins and digital shadows, intermodal networking in aviation, intermodal mobility system: integration of air-supported mobility into other transport chains, air taxis or autonomous vehicles for people and freight, sensor technology and AI control, New Space, commercialization of space, space mining. Start-ups from different industry fields whose products, services and solutions can be applied in the aerospace industry are welcome to join us.
