About this event

CETMA, ENEA and Unioncamere Puglia, partners of the Enterprise Europe Network's SME2EUPlus, together with Innovhub-SSI, Assobiotec - Italian Association for the Development of Biotechnology - and PugliaSviluppo, organise a two-day event dedicated to the themes of industrial biotech and the bioeconomy that brings together the academic world, R&D and industrial biotech companies to bring to the market's attention new technologies intended as vectors of economic growth. The event is aimed at strengthening the bioeconomy network in the Euro-Mediterranean area and promoting partnerships. The focus of the Forum is biotechnology as a provider of new resources for industries. The results of the BBI Initiative and new partnerships at European level will also be presented. Two days of bilateral face-to-face (B2B) meetings between start-ups, companies, universities, public and private research centres in the field of industrial biotechnology and the bio-economy will take place in Florence. Participants will come from Europe and other countries to find potential partners for collaborations, business development, licensing agreements, joint ventures, research projects, exchange of experience and partnership opportunities.
