About this event
The Food Innovation Days are a series of national events that bring together Foodtech companies, startups, acadecmics and institutionnal for a week. After the success of the first edition in June 2021 (more than 500 participants), a second and even more ambitious edition is planned from June 18 to 23, 2022 in Nancy. Among the highlights of this week: - The 23rd edition of the Ecotrophélia France competition. - The Grand Est Regional Food Innovation Award - The 8th edition of Inoval - Concours de l'innovation Agro-alimentaire Grand Est](http://foodinnovationdays.fr/?tribe_events=family-photo-sessions). - International Workshops in partnership with the FoodTech collectives of Karlsruhe (Germany), Liège (Belgium), and Kyriat Shmona (Israel). The two themes selected this year are: "acting for a more sustainable food" and "acting for a healthier food". - Business meetings open to startups, SMEs and large companies. - A conference "Innovating with startups" - The Night of Innovation: gala evening and awards ceremony at the prestigious Grande Halle Renaissance Nancy. This event is supported by the Grand Est Region, the Metropolis of Greater Nancy and the ID+ Foundation of the University of Lorraine. It is organized by ENSAIA, Grand Nancy Innovation, Incubateur Lorrain AGRIA Grand Estand the Collectif Foodtech Grand Est.
