About me
陆学忠律师是锦天城律师事务所高级合伙人，同时担任华东政法大学法律硕士校外导师，主要在上海办公室工作。
陆学忠律师所擅长的业务领域包括企业投资、并购与重组、跨境交易、私募与风险投资等，所涉及行业主要涵盖医疗健康与医药、房地产、TMT、高端制造、零售与消费等，且在前述业务领域和行业领域具有超过十五年的丰富实践经验。陆律师曾代表众多世界五百强企业、国际及国内知名的投资基金以及企业集团参与了一系列跨境交易，包括重大外商投资项目的准入与落地，复杂跨境投资与并购交易的组织与实施、红筹架构及其他多种类型的企业重组，私募和风险投资与融资、医药健康企业投融资及合规运营，房地产开发、运营，项目投资和融资，数据保护与合规等等。陆律师曾被国际法律服务评级机构LEGALBAND评为“新锐合伙人15强”，并入选上海市司法局首届鼎新法治人才库。
在加入锦天城之前，陆律师还曾在北京市中伦（上海）律师事务所执业近10年。
陆律师曾在中国和美国接受法学教育，于2016年获得美国哥伦比亚大学法学硕士学位，于2008年获得华东政法大学法学硕士学位，并于2005年获得华东政法大学法学学士学位。
陆律师是中国执业律师，同时具有美国纽约州律师资格。他的工作语言为中文和英文。
