AllBright has set up IPR departments across the country and has nearly 120 professional intellectual property attorneys, with 20 of them also qualified as patent agents. The business involved covers technology and communications, health and medicine, TMT, financial institutions, industry and manufacturing, government and public affairs, culture, sports and entertainment, mining and natural resources, transportation, logistics and warehousing, agriculture, and other industries. The departments also provide IP strategy services, including but not limited to IP strategy, patent strategy, franchise strategy, etc., as well as search plans, application plans, early warning and defense plans, protection and implementation plans for infringement or invalidity analysis.
