The AllBright Public Affairs and Public Interest Services Committee is comprised of experienced lawyers with deep expertise in providing legal services for social organizations and government affairs. Our team members also have backgrounds in philanthropy, social governance, and public policy research. Guided by the principle of "empowering social organizations with professionalism and safeguarding public affairs with the rule of law," we provide comprehensive, specialized, and forward-thinking legal services to various social organizations and public administration entities.

在非诉讼领域：锦天城为社会组织及公共管理主体构建合规体系，包括内部治理结构优化、规章制度制定、业务流程合规审查等服务；提供常年法律顾问服务，涵盖合同审查、法律咨询、政策解读等日常法律事务支持；开展社会组织设立登记、资质申请等专项法律服务；进行法律风险评估，建立风险预警机制，提供预防性法律解决方案；为社会组织及公共管理主体提供专业法律培训和政策解读服务。

In the non-litigation area, AllBright helps social organizations and public administration entities build compliance systems, including services for optimizing internal governance structures, drafting rules and regulations, and conducting compliance reviews of business processes. We also provide year-round legal advisory services, covering day-to-day legal support like contract review, legal consultation, and policy interpretation. We handle specialized legal services, such as assisting with the establishment and registration of social organizations and handling qualification applications. Additionally, we conduct legal risk assessments, establish risk warning mechanisms to provide preventive legal solutions, and offer professional legal training and policy interpretation services for social organizations and public administration entities.

在争议解决领域：锦天城代理处理内部治理纠纷、合同纠纷、侵权责任纠纷等各类民商事案件；代理劳动争议仲裁和诉讼；代理应对行政复议、行政诉讼案件。

In the area of dispute resolution, AllBright represents clients in handling various civil and commercial cases, including internal governance disputes, contract disputes, and tort liability disputes. We also handle labor dispute arbitration and litigation, as well as represent clients in administrative review and administrative litigation cases.
