Yes! You can contact our sales team for a free demo of the b2match platform. If the testing goes well, the trial event can serve as a foundation, ready to be elevated to a live setting. Once you purchased your license, we can convert your trial event into a fully live production.
Your subscription period starts the day when an invoice was issued or at a later, mutually agreed-upon start date.
Once you confirm the order and want to proceed setting up your first event.
Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will contact you prior to your license expiration to discuss renewal conditions, as licenses are not renewed automatically.
With a multi event license you can host unlimited events over a 12-month period within your participant package. If you didn’t reach your participant limit in your previous events, you can always host another event with the remaining participants in your package or share your participant package with other departnemts.
The number of participants is calculated based on how many registered and validated participants have signed up for your event. Your license includes a participant limit, which defines how many participants you can host.
When purchasing a license, you select a participant package - either for a single event or for multiple events throughout the year, depending on your license type. The available participant packages are: up to 100, up to 200, up to 500, up to 1000, and more than 1000.
The price increases depending on the participant package you choose.
If you need additional participants beyond the defined packages, you can always purchase additional participants, switch to a higher package, or upgrade to a higher tier license.
Yes, you can switch to a higher participant package at any time during the active subscription period.
Yes, you can upgrade to any higher tier licenses at any time. Contact your dedicated CSM if you’re interested in upgrading your license.
We are 100% GDPR and DSGVO compliant. Participant registration data is processed on cloud servers located in the EU.
For technical issues, you can consult our support team from Mon-Fri from 9-5 CET and they are available to you via chat or email. There is also the Knowledge Base full of helpful articles for both participants and organizers for navigating through the platform.
Yes! The Consulting package includes an additional 4 hours of consultations, but you can always purchase more or fewer extra hours of consultation and support, depending on your needs.
Events typically feature detailed agendas, ticketing, participant & company profiles, tailored registration forms, and usually last 1-3 days. Communities unite like-minded organizations and members in shared directories. Managers communicate with members through the platform solution via mailings and occasional smaller internal events, while community members collaborate via chat or video calls 365 days a year. Communities can also host smaller, one-day events for their members, each with its own topic and program.
