1) What challenges will you face?
After we launch and put the basics in place, our main hurdle is reach. We need more individual travelers and small groups outside Slovenia to hear about the experience at the right moment and turn interest into bookings. Keeping inquiries steady across the year—not just in peak season—will be the toughest part.

2) What could be addressed with additional TASTE support?
Extra support would help us get the word out internationally with a partner SME. Together we’d host a small study tour for buyers and media, place the product in the partner’s channels and listings, adapt clear offers for two target countries, and run small pop-up tastings or mini-events in the partner’s city. We’d keep tracking simple—how many people we reached, how many asked, how many booked—and share a short summary so other TASTE SMEs can reuse what works.
