My organisation
MarTour is a boutique DMC based in Maribor, Slovenia, specializing in story-driven city and wine experiences across Eastern Slovenia and Styria. We design and host guided walks, heritage cellar tastings, hands-on workshops, and tailor-made programs that reveal the region’s character—delivered with on-the-ground coordination and polished, partner-friendly execution. Our signature portfolio includes storytelling tours through Maribor’s historic center, tastings at the Old Vine House, and private visits to Vinag—one of Europe’s largest urban wine cellars—often paired with traditional meals in atmospheric settings. Experiences are modular and scalable, ideal for FIT and small premium groups, incentives, and special-interest travel. For B2B partners, we’re built for collaboration: fast proposals, clear communication, white-label delivery, and seamless integration into existing itineraries. Our focus is authenticity, reliable operations, and creative depth—so your guests connect with real places and people while you get a smooth, professional delivery.
About me
I’m Jure, founder of MarTour and a Maribor local to the core. I guide because I believe the city’s genius lives in its details—and guests deserve the time and elegance to notice them. My style is simple: hat, smile, respect. No flag, no megaphone. I slow people down so they feel less like tourists and more like they’ve come home. Through MarTour, I turn Maribor’s stories, flavors, and places into experiences that are refined, personable, and rooted in the community.
