1. What are the challenges you will face in the execution of your project?

  • Ensuring strong coordination between local farmers, chefs, and educators.

  • Achieving wide engagement of tourists and local families in the EcoChallenge and the Cuina Viva model.

  • Scaling the model to make it replicable in other territories while keeping its deep-rooted connection to place and people.

  • Bridging the digital and physical experiences in a meaningful way for all ages.

    2. What more could be addressed with additional support from TASTE?

  • Building international partnerships with other tourism SMEs to co-create a shared catalogue of regenerative food challenges (e.g. Mediterranean or alpine editions of +VIDA).

  • Enhancing the digital platform to allow tourists from other regions to access the EcoChallenge experience.

  • Testing the model in another country to evaluate its transferability and cultural adaptability.

  • Creating a joint toolkit for food-based regenerative storytelling to be used by other tourism projects
