Taste

TASTE project - Online Networking

Welcome to TASTE!

The TASTE Project (Transformative approaches for sustainable food in tourism) is funded by the European Commission under the Single Market Programme (SMP) with a mission dedicated to promoting a transformative change in the realm of sustainability, digitalisation, and resilience at the crossroads of food and tourism. The project gathers partners from 5 European countries: Spain, Belgium, Italy, Latvia and Slovenia.

In this transformative journey, TASTE is directed towards two main target groups: tourism small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and tourism stakeholders.

THE ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME FOR SMEs:

A core activity of the project is the Accelerator Programme, which provides funding to tourism SMEs for participation in international networking events and capacity-building activities, as well as for implementing sustainability and digitalisation measures in their businesses. The Accelerator Programme fosters transnational collaboration and knowledge exchange, supporting tourism businesses committed to engaging in international project activities.

Book online meetings to connect!

After the Challenge Day that was held in Brussels on Tuesday November 18th, focused on the themes of sustainability, resilience and digitalisation in the food and tourism sectors and where the 40 winning companies took part in inspiring presentations, workshops and group work, learning from Belgian and international good practices, building synergies and co-creating project ideas for the second phase of the TASTE call, it's time to connect.

In order to be selected for the second phase of the TASTE project, which offers access to additional funding, it's important to find one European partner from a different country so you can book dedicated online meetings. Please find the timings here.

With the booking of online meetings, participants from 5 European countries will have the opportunity to:
