The main challenge is to scale the project from a local pilot into a replicable model for other rural areas in Europe. We aim to strengthen the digital tools, create training for small producers and enhance cross-border collaboration. Additional support from TASTE would help us develop shared regenerative tourism standards and co-create joint routes with partner territories.
