Salumi Emmedue is a family-run company founded in 1986 in the Basilicata region. It offers a wide range of cured meats, 100% made in Italy, free from gluten, GMOs, lactose, and milk proteins. The product line ranges from local specialties (Lucanica sausages, Soppressata) to classic Italian cured meats (Salame Napoli and Salame Milano, Pancetta, Guanciale, aged Prosciutto Crudo, Ventricina and more).
Particular attention is drawn to one of our key products, currently achieving excellent results: our Lucanica di Picerno IGP, preservative-free and available in approximately 300 g and 150 g formats.
This traditional Italian specialty expresses a strong territorial identity and is produced using natural casing and exclusively Italian raw materials—distinctive features that characterize all our products and respond to the growing demand for quality and ingredient transparency.
All our products are available whole or sliced, ensuring a longer shelf life and offering greater flexibility in handling and presentation.
