About
Our “Del Cerro” raw ham is produced at the foot of Mount Li Foj in Basilicata, at around 1,000 meters above sea level. It is crafted from carefully selected heavy Italian pork legs, using traditional methods passed down through generations.
Seasoned exclusively with sea salt, it undergoes meticulous hand processing and a slow natural aging of at least 22 months. This long maturation enhances its balance of aromas and flavors, expressing the character of its mountain origin.
The result is a fully natural cured ham with a delicate, slightly sweet taste and a soft, refined texture, embodying the authenticity and tradition of its territory.
