About
Our Guanciale is obtained from the pork cheek, a prized cut rich in fat and flavor. It is seasoned with salt, pepper, and aromatic spices, then carefully massaged to ensure deep penetration of the seasoning and slow-cured to achieve natural maturation.
The result is a product with a delicate, slightly spicy aroma and a sweet, balanced taste, characterized by the typical marbling of lean and fat. It can be enjoyed sliced, in cubes, or used to enhance traditional Italian recipes.
