Wine Tasting of the Canary Islands 2022

PROEXCA and the Enterprise Europe Network are organising the 27th of June in Belgium (Tervuren) and the 28th of June in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), a wine tasting where professionals and consumers of the wine sector will be able to get to know and taste the best wines from a large number of Canarian wineries. The aim of the event is, on the one hand, to strengthen the positioning of wines and agri-food products of the Canaries in the Belgian market and, on the other, to discover what the Dutch market can offer, in terms of marketing and the promotion of these Canarian products. In addition to the wine tasting, participants will also try a variety of Canarian cheeses and mojos (typical Canarian sauce), thus bringing the attendees closer to the wine and culinary tradition of the Canary Islands. In both events, Cees Van Casteren, Master of Wine, will give a Masterclass, followed by the different tastings and several bilateral meetings between the participating companies.
