From Forest to Table: Reviving Northern Plant Knowledge
About
Challenges we will face:
1. One key challenge is designing and building a sustainable, mobile outdoor kitchen that is both environmentally responsible and practical for use in different natural settings. We must ensure durability, low ecological footprint, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards while operating fully outdoors.
Another challenge will be to develop high-quality digital storytelling (videos, “forest diary,” and online tools) to share our knowledge and reach wider audiences effectively.
2. What more could be addressed with additional TASTE support:
With additional support, we could collaborate with other TASTE partners across Europe to co-develop innovative outdoor kitchen models, exchange expertise in digital content creation, and scale the Forest Diary into a multilingual online learning platform. This would allow us to expand the educational and cultural impact of our project internationally.
