Our main challenge is ensuring digital visibility and professional promotion with limited human and technical resources. Developing and maintaining a booking and storytelling platform requires both expertise and time. Additional support from TASTE would help us scale up — by improving our digital marketing strategy, expanding our culinary route with new partners, and exchanging experience with international SMEs working in sustainable food tourism. This would strengthen our capacity and create a more resilient, connected rural network.
