Additive manufacturing (3D printing)
R&D Consultant at ITECAM, Centro Tecnológico & Clúster industrial
Tomelloso, Spain
About
Development of R+D+i projects implementing 3D printing in its different stages of execution for the manufacture of structures that have novel applications. These technologies allow the manufacture of parts with complex structures that can hardly be obtained by manufacturing methods such as molding or forming. In addition, 3D printing allows working with a wide variety of materials and different printing technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS, etc.), which makes it a powerful tool for the development and execution of new research projects. At ITECAM we have implemented these technologies in catalysis, photocatalysis and hydrogen generation projects, among others.
