Valencia Local Police (PLV) – Law Enforcement End-user

The Valencia Local Police (PLV) is a public Law Enforcement Agency with extensive experience participating in +40 European research and innovation projects.

PLV acts as an end-user and pilot site, contributing real operational needs and supporting the full innovation cycle, from requirements definition to validation and exploitation of results. The organisation provides direct access to law enforcement practitioners, real-life urban environments and operational feedback to assess the impact, usability and deployment feasibility of innovative security solutions.

As an end-user, PLV can contribute to the following tasks:

·         Definition of operational and user requirements.

·         Description of scenarios and real-life use cases.

·         Training of operators involved in the use of new developments.

·         Testing, demonstration and validation of innovative solutions in real operational environments.

·         Data analysis and evaluation of results.

·         Dissemination of project results, particularly among other Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and through international events and mass media.

·         Recommendations for exploitation and integration of project results, including the incorporation of new tools and systems into existing police management systems.

·         Leveraging an already well-established network of LEAs at both national and European level.

PLV is interested in partnering with consortia addressing topics related to law enforcement capabilities, public security, crisis management and resilience, under CL3-FCT, CL3-DRS and CL3-SSRI destinations.
