Welcome to SICUR 2026!
This Brokerage Event brings together SMEs, large companies, researchers, authorities, security end-users and other relevant institutions working in the field of security and civil protection to facilitate the consortia creation for Horizon Europe Cluster 3 "Civil Security for Society" 2026 calls for proposals (see the call text at: https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/docs/2021-2027/horizon/wp-call/2026-2027/wp-6-civil-security-for-society_horizon-2026-2027_en.pdf)..)
This is a hybrid event celebrated in the framework of the in the International Fair on Security and Civil Protection, SICUR 2026. Meetings will take place in a dedicated space in IFEMA (Madrid) on the 24th, 25th and 26th February 2026, with the possibility to participate remotely for those interested entities that are unable to travel to Madrid. Participants will arrange 20 minutes meetings beforehand through this website at their convenience.
This is a unique opportunity to generate new strategic contacts and foster technological cooperation in security and civil protection at the international level.
Furthermore, an introductory session on the call, followed by pitch presentations will take place on the 24th in the morning at FORO SICUR, co-organized by CDTI and Cluster 3 National Contact Points (NCPs), Fundación para el conocimiento Madri+d and the Enterprise Europe Network, led by EEN-Madrid.
Cluster 3 NCPs will also be available during the Brokerage Event to host meetings and advice on project ideas.
