In the context of Horizon Europe Cluster 3 “Civil Security for Society” – 2026 Calls, ASELSAN is seeking project cooperation opportunities across all Cluster 3 destinations, including Fight against Crime and Terrorism (FCT), Border Management (BM), Cybersecurity (ECCC), Resilient and Secure Infrastructures (INFRA) and Disaster-Resilient Society (DRS).

ASELSAN’s competencies are closely aligned with the expected outcomes of the 2026 Cluster 3 calls, particularly those targeting:

Enhanced protection of public spaces, borders and critical infrastructures,
Increased interoperability and information sharing among authorities,
Improved cyber resilience and trustworthiness of digital and cyber-physical systems,
Strengthened preparedness, response and recovery capabilities in crisis and disaster scenarios.

Across these destinations, ASELSAN contributes end-to-end capabilities covering the full security value chain, including sensing and situational awareness, secure communications, command and control, data fusion, decision-support systems, and trusted digital infrastructures. The company also provides strong expertise in security-by-design approaches, secure hardware–software co-design, advanced cryptographic technologies (including post-quantum readiness), and system-level assurance.

Within collaborative R&I and Innovation Actions, ASELSAN can support activities such as:

Definition of system concepts and reference architectures aligned with EU security frameworks,
Development and integration of advanced technologies and prototypes,
Validation, testing and demonstration in realistic and operational environments,
Contributions to impact creation, exploitation strategies and standardisation-oriented activities.

ASELSAN is prepared to act as a technology provider, system developer, Work Package contributor or co-leader, contributing both technical excellence and implementation capacity to consortia addressing Cluster 3 challenges.

The organisation is interested in collaborating with research organisations, universities, SMEs, industry partners, public authorities and end-users to jointly develop high-impact, interoperable and future-proof solutions, fully aligned with European civil security priorities and the objectives of Horizon Europe.
