For over twenty years, GREENBOX has been designing sustainable and socially inclusive spaces that meet both people’s needs and the demands of a changing environment. Openness, curiosity, and a passion for thoughtful design form the foundation of our work. Our goal is to make a visible contribution to building culture with every project and to create places that foster a sense of identity, enable climate adaptation, and strengthen social cohesion. We view our planning as an interface between people, nature, and the built environment. In doing so, we rely on creative design approaches that respect a place’s character while simultaneously creating new qualities. Whether urban squares, public parks, corporate landscapes, schoolyards, or residential environments—we develop open spaces that equally promote quality of life, identity, and ecological value. Today, our firm brings together a broad spectrum of expertise: open-space planning, landscape architecture, infrastructure and drainage planning, construction management, sports and recreational spaces, as well as digital methods and BIM. Drawing on this diversity, GREENBOX develops integrated concepts that combine design quality, environmental requirements, and technical functionality. We manage many of our projects through all phases of the process—from strategic concept development to quality-assured implementation. Our teams are interdisciplinary in nature to ensure professional project and construction management for all types of outdoor space projects. Through our holistic approach to the realization of construction projects, we ensure reliability in terms of costs, schedules, and quality. Under the leadership of four experienced partners, more than 120 employees work in the fields of landscape architecture, urban planning, environmental and infrastructure planning, construction engineering, project management, as well as communication and digitalization.
