Ingredients: Crumbles mainly based on nuts (almond, pistachio, hazelnut, peanut), sugar, honey, glucose or glucose‑fructose syrup, sunflower oil, milk or cream powders and natural flavourings; some references include chocolate, citrus peels, coconut, mango, red fruits or caramel.

Certifications: Made with GMO‑free raw materials; compliant with EU Regulation 828/2014 regarding gluten absence / reduced presence; strict internal controls on aflatoxins and ochratoxin A.

Product format: Ready‑to‑use crumbles for bases, layers and decorations in pastry and gelato; supplied in professional formats for the Ho.Re.Ca. channel.

Shelf life: Minimum shelf life 12 months, as indicated in the technical sheets of each crumble reference.
