Ingredients: Cassata Paste and related ingredients based on candied orange, lemon and citron peels, mixed candied fruit, sugar, glucose‑fructose syrup, almond marzipan, sheep’s whey and rum; the candied orange and lemon products include peel, glucose syrup and sugar.

Certifications: Made with GMO‑free raw materials; gluten information compliant with EU Regulation 828/2014.

Product format: Ready‑to‑use cassata paste and candied ingredients for pastry and gelato applications inspired by Sicilian tradition.

Shelf life: Minimum shelf life of around 18 months for cassata paste and 12 months for candied ingredients, as indicated in the individual product sheets.

Maximum production capacity: Suitable for supplying artisanal and industrial customers in the Ho.Re.Ca. and B2B channels; capacity details available on request.

Packaging type: Professional containers and packaging designed for pastry and gelato laboratories, with standardised weights and palletisation on Europallets.
