About

Prometeia offers industrial value-chain analytics, climate–energy scenario tools and experience with de-risking low-carbon technologies for public and financial institutions. We seek to join a D3-04 consortium as the analytical partner for value-chain design, risk analysis and impact assessment.

Description – We offer

·         Mapping and quantitative analysis of renewable fuel value chains, including feedstock, processing, transport, storage and end-use segments.

·         Scenario analysis of costs, technology and supply risks, and system impacts (emissions, energy security, industrial competitiveness).

·         Multi-criteria decision frameworks to support PCP specification, tender evaluation and portfolio design.

·         Impact assessment of PCP pilots on EU industry, jobs and emissions, with clear indicators for policy makers and buyers.

Description – We are looking for

·         A coordinator among public buyers (e.g. national/regional authorities, public utilities, clusters of industrial users) with mandate to run the PCP.

·         Technical partners (RTOs, universities, technology providers) covering renewable fuel technologies and demonstration sites.

·         Industrial and logistics partners across the value chain, and organizations experienced in public procurement and legal aspects of PCP.

Preferred role

Prometeia would act as a non-procurer partner, leading or co-leading analytical work on value chains, risks and impacts, without taking on coordination or procurement responsibilities.
