Partner for HORIZON-CL5-2027-01-D1-13 – Next-generation climate and sustainability scenarios (non-coordinator)

Prometeia provides integrated macro–sector–climate–finance models and extensive experience with NGFS-style scenarios for public authorities and financial institutions. We wish to join a D1-13 consortium as a core modelling partner for socio-economic and financial dimensions, not as coordinator.

Description – We offer

·         An integrated modelling suite combining macroeconomic, sectoral, climate, nature and financial-risk components, calibrated on EU data.

·         Experience in designing and implementing climate and sustainability scenarios for central banks, supervisors and financial institutions.

·         Capability to develop new indicators for resilience, equity, nature-related risk and just transition, tailored to policy and finance users.

·         Proven ability to translate complex scenario results into dashboards, visual tools and narratives for decision makers.

Description – We are looking for

·         A coordinator among leading climate/energy modelling groups or research infrastructures able to organize a large, multi-model consortium.

·         Partners providing Earth-system, energy-system and biodiversity models, and expertise in uncertainties and tipping points.

·         SSH partners and policy/practitioner organizations to ensure scenarios address real decision-making needs and uptake.

Preferred role

Prometeia would aim to co-lead tasks or a work package on socio-economic and financial scenario development and indicators, while remaining a non-coordinating but central scientific partner.
