Marketplace & Matchmaking
Yes. To actively participate in matchmaking, Agrifood SMEs must publish a Challenge and Technology SMEs must publish a Solution in the Marketplace. This ensures meaningful and structured collaboration.
After completing your profile and publishing your Challenge or Solution, you can browse participant profiles, use filters and request bilateral meetings through the B2Match platform.
Yes. The matchmaking platform is specifically designed to help participants identify and connect with suitable partners.
The objective is to form a consortium composed of at least one Agrifood SME and one Technology SME and jointly prepare a proposal for the GATE5.0 Open Call.
Open Call & Funding
Selected consortia may receive up to €118,500 per consortium, including direct financial support and participation in a structured Acceleration Programme providing capacity building and mentoring.
All official Open Call documentation, including the Guidelines for Applicants and the application forms for submitting a joint project proposal, are available directly on the B2Match platform. Participants can access the relevant documents within the event page.
Joint proposals must be prepared collaboratively by the consortium (minimum one Agrifood SME and one Technology SME) and submitted following the instructions provided in the Open Call documentation available on the B2Match platform.
Once a consortium is formed, partners will prepare and submit a joint proposal to the GATE5.0 Open Call before the indicated deadline. Selected projects will receive funding and participate in the Acceleration Programme.
Information Sessions
They are strongly recommended. The sessions explain eligibility criteria, funding conditions, how to use the B2Match platform and how to prepare a competitive proposal.
