AI, Bioinformatics and Digital Twins for Personalised Medicine and Digital Health
Chief Executive Officer at Coremine Vitae
Oslo, Norway
About
Coremine Vitae AS is seeking partners and consortia for Horizon Europe Health proposals combining AI, bioinformatics and biomedical evidence to advance personalised medicine and digital health across disease areas.
We are interested in jointly developing solutions that connect clinical, molecular, imaging and longitudinal data with scientific knowledge to generate meaningful clinical insights. Potential collaborations include predictive biomarkers, patient stratification, digital twins, clinical decision support and accessible information tools for patients and healthcare professionals.
Our contribution
As a Norwegian SME, we can contribute:
-
Bioinformatics and data integration: connecting and interpreting heterogeneous biomedical data, with attention to quality, interoperability and FAIR principles.
-
Biomedical evidence integration: evaluating scientific literature and linking evidence to patient characteristics, disease mechanisms and treatment options.
-
AI and machine learning: collaborating on methods that combine biomedical knowledge and multimodal data to investigate disease progression and treatment response.
-
Digital twins: contributing biomedical expertise, evidence integration and data interpretation to computational models of individual disease trajectories.
-
Scientific quality assurance: assessing the biological plausibility, clinical relevance and reliability of model outputs.
-
Digital health solutions: co-developing tools that translate complex data and evidence into useful information for researchers, clinicians and patients.
Partners we are looking for
We welcome collaboration with clinical and academic teams, AI and modelling specialists, research infrastructures, technology companies and patient organisations. We are particularly interested in consortia with clearly defined clinical needs, access to relevant datasets and a strong approach to validation and user involvement.
Our expertise includes oncology and neuroscience, and we welcome opportunities to apply our capabilities across other disease areas. We are open to joining established consortia or helping shape new proposals, with a defined role in biomedical evidence, bioinformatics, data integration or digital tool development.
