Coremine Vitae AS is a Norwegian SME based in Oslo, working with biomedical knowledge, bioinformatics and artificial intelligence to support personalised medicine. We bring together scientific expertise and digital technology to help researchers, clinicians and patients make better use of complex biomedical information.
Our work focuses on connecting scientific evidence with clinical and molecular data to develop useful, scientifically grounded digital solutions. Oncology, particularly brain cancer, is a core area of expertise, with an interest in applying our methods to other diseases through collaboration.
Our areas of expertise and research interest include:
• Bioinformatics and biomedical data integration: connecting and interpreting molecular, omics, clinical and other health data, with an emphasis on data quality, interoperability and FAIR principles.
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning: applying AI methods to biomedical evidence and multimodal data to support patient stratification, biomarker research and the prediction of disease progression and treatment response.
• Digital twins and computational modelling: contributing to collaborative development of models that combine imaging, molecular profiles, clinical history and longitudinal observations to study disease trajectories and support personalised healthcare research.
• Biomedical evidence integration and scientific validation: evaluating scientific literature, interpreting findings in their biological and clinical context, and assessing the reliability and relevance of AI-generated outputs.
• Patient and clinician information tools: developing accessible digital resources that translate complex evidence into clear, relevant information. Our work includes Hjernesvulstportalen, a Norwegian information portal for people affected by brain tumours.
For Horizon Europe collaborations, Coremine Vitae can contribute biomedical expertise, bioinformatics, evidence synthesis, data interpretation, scientific quality assurance and the co-development of digital health tools. We are particularly interested in projects that combine robust methods with clinical validation and meaningful involvement of patients and healthcare professionals.
We welcome connections with universities, hospitals, research infrastructures, technology companies and patient organisations seeking an SME partner for personalised medicine, trustworthy healthcare AI, predictive biomarkers and digital twins.
