About
Fundación INTRAS leverages over 30 years of expertise in integrated care, research, and innovation for children, older adults, and vulnerable populations. Building on pioneering care models such as Integr@tención and participation in European projects including MOAI LABS, INTECUM, COMFORTAGE, HENKO, INTRAS co-develops and pilots technological and community-based interventions with strong real-world impact. Our multidisciplinary RDi division and Living Lab (MINDLab) apply evidence-based, user-centred, and participatory approaches, including:
-
Living Lab methodologies for co-creation with end-users and stakeholders
-
Evidence-based clinical protocols in mental health, neuropsychology, and psychosocial rehabilitation
-
Digital health solutions for monitoring, neuromodulation, and remote interventions
-
Person-centred, recovery-oriented care models, promoting inclusion, empowerment, and continuity
-
Evaluation frameworks combining clinical, social, and technological outcomes
INTRAS has extensive expertise in clinical studies, proof-of-concept trials, and large-scale trials with 400+ patients, ensuring interventions are validated and scalable. We develop innovative VR tools, including the GRADIOR Suite and Gradior Multisensory, and assistive technologies such as the patented Cama-Up, enhancing independence and quality of life. Through cross-border care ecosystems and collaboration with regional governments and European networks (EIT Health, Alzheimer Europe, ENoLL), INTRAS maximizes sustainability, policy impact, and patient-centred outcomes.
