About

WHO WE ARE

CoRLab Tech (legal entity Das Soft Plus SRL) is a Moldovan software engineering SME. We designed, built and maintain SIA eReteta, the national electronic prescription and reimbursement system of the National Health Insurance Company (CNAM) of Moldova, integrated with the national interoperability services MConnect, MPass and MSign. We also maintain the national DRG case-mix system and SIRSM for CNAM, and we are currently building SIMSM, the national medicines stock management system. We have also built a research biobank platform with Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy (USMF) and the Institute of Oncology, and cancer registry tooling. Moldova is an associated country to Horizon Europe. PIC: 878123153.

WHAT WE DO NOT OFFER - PLEASE READ THIS FIRST

We are the software contractor for these systems, not the data controller. CNAM owns the national prescription and dispensing data; hospitals and USMF own theirs. We cannot give a consortium access to that data and we cannot commit a pilot site on their behalf. If your Apply AI proposal needs a data holder or a clinical deployment site, that has to be a health institution inside your consortium.

WHAT WE DO OFFER

The problem knowledge behind a health use case. We know, from ten years inside the systems, what actually goes wrong with prescribing and reimbursement data: how clinicians and pharmacists really fill records in, where coding degrades, which fields survive analysis and which do not. If your consortium is designing an AI use case in this space, we can tell you early which version of it is buildable and which will die on data quality - before the proposal is written, not after the grant starts.

Areas where that knowledge is concrete: detection of unsafe, interacting or off-guideline prescribing; anomaly and fraud detection on reimbursement claims - we have built a production machine learning anomaly detection system in an adjacent domain; automated improvement of clinical coding quality; decision support for a payer.

Engineering capacity to build the thing. Solution architecture, backend and data engineering, integration with insurer and hospital systems, QA automation, and privacy engineering - de-identification and pseudonymisation pipelines for clinical text and structured records, built for production rather than for a paper.

An academic link. Our CTO is Assistant Professor of Pathophysiology at USMF, which helps on the clinical validity and training side of a proposal. This is an academic affiliation, not a promise of institutional data or facilities.

ROLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Technical and domain partner inside a work package. Team of around 10; we do not seek to coordinate.

WHO WE WANT TO HEAR FROM

Consortia forming a proposal for HORIZON-CL4-2027-04-DIGITAL-EMERGING-04 in the health sector that have their clinical and data partners and need a team that understands this data and can build production software.
