About me

I am a food scientist and academic at Antalya Bilim University, working on topics related to functional food development, sensory analysis, and ingredient optimisation. My recent projects include using natural sweeteners and food processing by-products such as carob and tomato residues in snack formulations for children. I have been involved in national and international projects (TÜBİTAK, COST, Erasmus+) and continue to explore collaborative opportunities around food innovation and nutrition-oriented product design. I am interested in networking with partners active in research and application related to healthier food options and consumer-focused solutions.
