I am open to joining proposals related to the design and development of innovative, plant-based or low-processed food products aimed at promoting healthy eating habits across different age groups.
My research interests cover clean-label reformulations, incorporation of bioactive compounds, and sustainability in food design.
I am especially interested in joining teams working on early-stage product innovation, consumer testing, or ingredient valorisation.
I am available as a partner, especially in formulation, food technology, or product testing WPs.
