I am looking to join Horizon Europe Cluster 6 proposals in the area of personalized nutrition, functional food product development, and dietary design for special health needs (e.g., diabetes-friendly, gut-supporting, allergen-free formulations).
I can contribute through expertise in product formulation, natural ingredients, and consumer-centered food design, based on sensory and nutritional criteria.
I am open to collaboration with academics, SMEs or technology providers in food science, health, or digital nutrition services.
Looking to join as research partner or WP contributor in relevant consortia.
