Moscato d'Asti - Bric da Lu

Bric da Lu is a wine created to accompany life’s sweetest and most memorable moments — a joyful expression of Moscato that speaks of celebration, fragrance and the identity of our hills. Made from 100% Moscato grapes grown in Costigliole d’Asti on clayey and calcareous soils, it comes from vines ranging from 8 to 40 years of age, trained according to the traditional Piedmont Guyot system. The grapes are harvested at full ripeness and gently pressed using a nitrogen press to preserve their delicate aromas. The must is then clarified and filtered at low temperature before undergoing fermentation in autoclave with selected yeasts at 18°C. After around 30 days, the wine is bottled, retaining all its freshness, fragrance and natural charm. In the glass, it reveals a deep straw-yellow colour with light golden reflections that recall the grape itself. The bouquet is intense, fresh and fragrant, with notes of acacia blossom, wisteria and sage, gently supported by a hint of honey. On the palate, it is rich, aromatic and distinctly musky, with the softness and vibrancy that make Moscato so unmistakable. Perfect with all kinds of desserts, dry pastries, fruit tarts and cream-based sweets, it is equally enjoyable when served chilled at other moments of the day. Best served at 8–10°C
