V Vermouth di Amistà

Amistà Vermouth is the natural extension of our winemaking philosophy — the same pursuit of excellence, translated into the language of botanicals. Crafted from grapes grown for the production of Nizza DOCG, it embodies a tailored approach to premium quality with a strong international vocation.

The perfect combination of red wine and carefully selected botanicals creates a vermouth of distinctive personality — equally compelling in cocktails, served neat, or expertly paired with fine foods.

Balanced on the nose, with restrained sugar that complements the freshness of the wine and the slightly bitter notes of the botanicals. The fruity character of the wine combines with bitter orange zest and a spiced background of cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. These are followed by delicate floral notes of chamomile and red rose, with a slightly bitter finish of gentian root and quinine.
