Customer discovery interviews: nitrogen sourcing for growers & arable nutrient management

Hi, I'm Aleksandrs from Latvia (Ilze's team — we're developing a circular nitrogen fertilizer recovered from poultry manure). We're in the customer-discovery phase and want to learn from practitioners before we build anything further. I'm looking for 20-minute conversations with two kinds of people: 1. Growers of vegetables, horticulture or specialty crops (greenhouse or organic-leaning): how you source nitrogen today, what drives the choice, and what would make you switch. 2. Anyone involved in arable nutrient management in the EU - how you handle nitrogen limits and regulation in practice.
