AgenticBreeding combines genomic prediction and multi-objective optimization to help vegetable seed breeders prioritize which lines are worth field testing. The platform is designed to plug into existing field phenotyping methods, and I'm looking to connect with experts, researchers, or companies developing automated or robotic phenotyping solutions — particularly for vegetable crops, where species diversity makes standardized high-throughput phenotyping especially challenging.
I'm interested in exploring how robotic or sensor-based phenotyping platforms could integrate with AgenticBreeding's prioritization engine, creating an end-to-end pipeline from field data capture to breeding decision. Open to technical discussions, potential pilot collaborations, or simply exchanging perspectives on the state of the art in field phenotyping automation for specialty/vegetable crops.
