Seeking: MVP Developer & Digital Coordination Partner for Frishko Pilot

Founder & Product / Service Design Lead - Frishko

Skopje, North Macedonia

About

I’m building Frishko, an early-stage farm-to-consumer service model connecting local producers with urban households through seasonal produce packs, pickup/delivery, and a light digital coordination layer.

For this opportunity, I’m looking for someone with MVP development, no-code, low-code, web app, mobile-first product, marketplace, e-commerce, admin tools, product engineering, or startup tech experience who can help shape the digital side of the pilot.

The role is not only about building screens. It is about understanding how a digital layer can support a real-world food service: how customers express demand, how orders are coordinated, how fulfillment is tracked, how producers are presented, and how useful feedback is captured.

The digital side is where the concept becomes manageable. We need to understand which flows are essential, what can stay manual, what should be automated, what information customers need, what the internal team needs to see, and how the MVP can support the pilot without becoming too heavy.

I’m especially interested in someone who can help make this lean but structured from the beginning. That could include a simple web presence, customer interest or order flow, basic product information, fulfillment overview, internal admin view, customer communication, feedback capture, and simple pilot data.

The goal is not to overbuild the platform too early. The first step is to identify which digital functions actually improve coordination, trust, service quality, and learning. Over time, this could grow into a stronger product layer for customers, producers, fulfillment, and planning.

For me, this is important to Frishko’s future. Many local producers cannot afford advanced digital tools on their own, but if Frishko creates organized demand, the digital layer can become shared infrastructure that helps them sell, plan, communicate, and improve over time.

Looking for someone who understands:

  • MVP development and lean validation

  • no-code or low-code tools

  • mobile-first web experiences

  • marketplace or e-commerce basics

  • simple order coordination

  • lightweight admin tools

  • customer communication flows

  • producer or product visibility

  • fulfillment and operational tracking

  • feedback capture and pilot data

  • product-minded technical decisions

  • how a digital layer can support a physical service

What I bring:
Product strategy, service design, UX, MVP definition, customer journeys, digital product delivery, and the founder drive to test the model in a real pilot.

I can shape the service, customer experience, digital coordination layer, MVP flows, and business model. I’m looking for someone who can strengthen the technical and MVP logic: what to build first, what to keep manual, what data to capture, and what would actually be useful before building anything too complex.

Goal of the conversation:
To explore whether we can define a realistic first digital MVP for the pilot: which customer and operations flows matter most, what the smallest useful system should include, what can wait, and what we should track during validation.
