Seeking: Operations, Unit Economics & Pilot Execution Partner for Frishko

I’m building Frishko, an early-stage farm-to-consumer service model connecting local producers with urban households through seasonal produce packs, pickup/delivery, and a light digital coordination layer.

For this opportunity, I’m looking for someone with operations, business modeling, unit economics, agri-business, logistics, food supply chain, marketplace, subscription, finance, or startup execution experience who can help shape the operating side of the pilot.

The role is not only about making projections. It is about understanding how a local food service works in reality: what can be offered, how often, at what price, with what cost structure, and under what operational conditions.

The operating side is where the concept becomes viable. We need to understand which pack models make sense, what margins are realistic, how producer participation should work, what demand level is needed, what logistics rhythm is manageable, and which costs or risks could break the model if ignored.

I’m especially interested in someone who can help make this more measurable from the beginning. That could include simple unit economics, cost per pack, margin per pack, customer acquisition assumptions, logistics cost, fulfillment effort, producer terms, spoilage risk, repeat purchase signals, and pilot KPIs.

The goal is not to overbuild the business model too early. The first step is to identify which numbers actually improve pricing, planning, execution, and decision-making. Over time, this could grow into a stronger operating and financial model for local food distribution.

For me, this is important to Frishko’s future. The more clearly the model works for both producers and customers, the more realistic it becomes to scale beyond a small test. Frishko needs to create better market access for producers, while also becoming operationally sustainable as a service.

Looking for someone who understands:

What I bring:
Product strategy, service design, UX, MVP definition, customer journeys, digital product delivery, and the founder drive to test the model in a real pilot.

I can shape the service, customer experience, digital coordination layer, MVP flows, and business model. I’m looking for someone who can strengthen the operations and economics logic: pricing, margins, supply rhythm, producer terms, fulfillment feasibility, and what needs to be measured before building anything too complex.

Goal of the conversation:
To explore whether we can define a realistic first pilot model from the business and operations side: what packs to offer, what pricing logic to test, what costs to track, what risks to manage, and what numbers would show whether the model is worth scaling.
