Seeking: Smart Agronomy, IoT & Crop Intelligence Partner for Frishko Pilot

I’m building Frishko, an early-stage farm-to-consumer service model connecting local producers with urban households through seasonal produce packs, pickup/delivery, and a light digital coordination layer.

For this opportunity, I’m looking for someone with agronomy, horticulture, crop production, post-harvest, precision agriculture, agricultural statistics, IoT, sensors, or agri-business experience who can help shape the supply side of the pilot.

The role is not only about knowing farmers. It is about understanding how food is grown, when it is ready, how quality is maintained, how freshness and shelf life are protected, and how farm output can be translated into reliable consumer-ready packs.

The producer side is where the concept becomes real. We need to understand which crops and varieties make sense seasonally, what quantities are realistic, how harvest timing affects quality, what sorting and grading rules are needed, and what conditions are required for storage, packing, transport, pickup, and delivery.

I’m especially interested in someone who can help make this more data-driven over time. That could include simple field observations, crop calendars, yield expectations, harvest records, grading checks, shelf-life tracking, storage conditions, farmer feedback, and later sensor or IoT inputs.

The goal is not to overbuild technology too early. The first step is to identify which data points actually improve planning, quality, availability, and farmer/customer trust. Over time, this could grow into a smarter production and supply planning layer.

For me, this is important to Frishko’s future. The more producers earn through organized demand, the more realistic it becomes for them to adopt digital tools, track useful data, improve quality, and invest in smarter farming practices. Frishko can become a bridge between better market access today and more data-driven agriculture tomorrow.

Looking for someone who understands:

What I bring:
Product strategy, service design, UX, MVP definition, customer journeys, digital product delivery, and the founder drive to test the model in a real pilot.

I can shape the service, customer experience, digital coordination layer, MVP flows, and business model. I’m looking for someone who can strengthen the field-side and smart-data logic: crop reality, quality control, supply planning, and what data would actually be useful before building anything too complex.

Goal of the conversation:
To explore whether we can define a realistic first pilot model from the producer side: which crops, which producers, what quality standards, what supply rhythm, what risks, and what data points we should track during validation.
