BloomPulse is a smart irrigation solution designed to help farmers monitor field conditions, optimize water usage, and control irrigation remotely through a practical IoT device and digital platform. A working prototype has already been developed, and the next step is to validate the solution with pilot users, define the right business model, and prepare it for market entry.

I am looking for partners with experience or strong interest in business development, business strategy, go-to-market planning, marketing, customer discovery, and the agriculture or food production sector. The ideal partner would help with market validation, pilot coordination, customer interviews, pricing strategy, sales channels, partnerships, and positioning the product for small and medium farmers.

I can contribute with the technical side, including the IoT device, sensors, connectivity, prototype development, and system architecture. I am looking for someone who can complement this with business, market, and commercialization skills so we can turn BloomPulse into a practical and scalable solution
