GTM & Growth Co-Founder (Food Startup | Partnerships & Scaling)

VeggieGap is building a new approach to women’s health through plant-based nutrition and habit support, starting with functional food products designed for real-life use.

We are looking for a GTM / Growth Co-Founder or partner to lead market entry and scaling.

We are particularly interested in someone with:

• Experience launching and scaling food or consumer products

• Strong capabilities in partnerships (gyms, pharmacies, wellness, retail)

• Sales and distribution strategy experience

• Customer acquisition and brand-building skills

• Understanding of European markets (Spain and Germany are initial focus)

• Ability to translate product value into clear, compelling positioning

The goal is to design and execute the go-to-market strategy, validate channels, and build scalable distribution.

This is a co-founder-level opportunity to shape how the product reaches the market and grows.
