About

VeggieGap is an early-stage venture developing plant-based, nutrient-dense food solutions designed to support long-term strength, mobility, and independence through everyday nutrition.

We are looking for a Food Technology Co-Founder or technical partner to lead product development and help translate the concept into scalable, high-quality food products.

We are particularly interested in someone with:

  • Experience in functional food formulation using whole, plant-based ingredients

  • Knowledge of nutrient preservation (e.g. freeze-drying, gentle drying, freezing)

  • Expertise in shelf-stable product development

  • Strong understanding of clean-label approaches (minimally processed, no unnecessary additives)

  • Experience scaling recipes into production-ready formulations

  • Interest in circularity and use of underutilized or upcycled ingredients

The goal is to co-develop multiple product lines and continuously improve formulations based on nutritional quality, usability, and scalability.

This is a co-founder-level opportunity to build a science-driven, high-impact food venture from the ground up.
